In 2021, following the pandemic and its aftermath, the team envisioned a virtual conference platform to raise young leaders with the potential to transform society. The inaugural edition of the New Nation Conference (NNC) took place from September 18–19, 2021, with the theme “The Birth of a New Nation.” It emphasized individual transformation as the foundation for societal change. Rev. Fisayo Olatunji and Rev. Oyedeji Johnson facilitated the sessions, which lasted 90 minutes and had about 25 participants. A notable highlight was the provision of a viewing center at Olivet Baptist High School, thanks to the chaplain, Rev. Johnson.

The 2022 edition, themed “Godly Seed, Mighty Seed,” focused on the potential of a transformed life. Held from September 17–19, the conference featured speakers such as Rev. (Dr.) Ataname Basil, Mr. Shine Adeeko, Rev. Oyedeji Johnson, and Tosin Oladejo, who led various impactful sessions.

In 2023, the focus shifted to the origin and value of authority for impactful living under the theme “Ruled from Above.” Held from September 18–19, facilitators included Rev. Segun Akande and Dr. Omolade Falade, with Amoo Bukunmi delivering a spoken word performance on the theme. About 30 participants attended.
The 2024 edition delved into the heart of leadership—its meaning, dynamics, and the attitudes required to convert potential into performance. The theme was “The Spirit of Leadership,” inspired by the book by Dr. Myles Munroe. Speakers included Bruna Willings (UK), Rev. (Dr.) Jerry Akinsola, and Ifeoluwa Alabi (Esq.). Sessions explored leadership mindsets and encouraged self-evaluation. The event ran from September 20–22, with 99 registered participants and over 50% attendance. A remarkable participant was Tychicus Okunade, a preteen who attended all sessions. Recordings were shared via our new YouTube channel, New Nation Conference, as post-conference resources.

The fifth edition of the NNC is scheduled for September 19–21, 2025, with the theme “Releasing Your Leadership.”
The focus will be on taking action—stepping out, stepping up, shining, and standing out. The reference book is “Releasing Your Potential” by Dr. Myles Munroe.
